Bank Coordinator - Weekend and Overnight

Join the team supporting our Clinical Assessment Service (in Ipswich) and youll get a flexible choice of hours, plus the chance to develop your career. As a Bank Coordinator at our Clinical Assessment Service, youll be a single point of contact and liaison for all members of this multidisciplinary team, as well as other internal and external services. Youll provide coordination and support to ensure the smooth running of shifts and respond swiftly and efficiently if theres any breakdown in the service. This could include making comfort/safety calls to patients when required.  This is a Bank role that enables you to choose to accept the shifts you want. However, to support our Out Of Hours services, across evenings and weekends.

Main duties of the job

What you will need:

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to listen, adapt, negotiate and persuade.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills, with previous admin experience and a strong customer service focus.
• Computer skills particularly Excel and Word with an understanding of confidentiality/data protection.
