We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Primary Care team at Practice Plus Group to cover HMP Thameside and HMP Belmarsh.

This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £61,000 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, your responsibilities will vary. You will

• Support and inspire staff to provide high quality care to patients and to implement evidence-based patient care
• Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines for training and development.
• Facilitate, deliver, and evaluate a range of multi-professional education and training programmes 
• Provide real time hands on training for staff in clinical areas to promote the acquisition of new skills and knowledge

• Registered Nurse Adult Current professional qualification (NMC)
• Evidence of Continued Professional Development
• Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working

• Existing line management experience and student nurse mentorship
