Due to the Practice Plus Group continued growth, additional support is required within our Finance and Human Resources departments, based at our St. Marys, Portsmouth hospital.
We have a need for a detailed and analytical Payroll and HR Administrator to join the team.

Being that first point of contact for payroll related queries, our Payroll and HR Administrator work as part of our fun finance team, providing comprehensive administration support for effective payroll and human resources management.
This is a Bank position,
offering casual working hours
Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00!
Main duties of the job
Supporting the Finance Manager, you the Payroll and HR Administrator will assist in preparing required payroll data, providing payroll analysis, checking for accuracy and ensuing compliance in-line with company and legislation standards.
Youll be accurately maintaining staff records, processing starter and leaver forms and supporting with new staff inductions.
The management of holiday and absence records will be under your remit, as well as supporting with the monitoring of agency costs.

We see the appointed Bank - Payroll and HR Administrator coming from a very similar background with demonstrable Payroll administrative knowledge and exposure. They would be very used to being accountable for accurately collating and managing Payroll and HR sensitive information and data, whilst adhering to company and regulatory policies and privy to related systems utilised.
The Bank - Payroll and HR Administrator will be an effective communicator at all levels both written and verbal with strong IT skills, proficient with MS Office tools and able to pick up new systems easily.
They would be used to working with a strong appreciation of compliance, governance and will look to ensure company standards. Always remaining compliant when working with personal information and sensitive data, adhering to GDPR regulations.
An effective team player, equally able to work alone using your own initiative.
