HMP Belmarsh is a category A Prison located in South East London, close to Plumstead and Woolwich Arsenal stations. The prison houses around 675 patients with a variety of needs include complex physical and mental health. Within this role you will be working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team including 2 other permanent 2 GP's providing excellent clinical care and treatment. Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or 9am-10pm Saturday 9am-2pm We can offer either full time or part time hours Salary This role has a salary of up to £132,297 FTE per annum depending on experience How will we support you? Qualifications required - MBChB or MBBS
- Inclusion on the GMC Register and GP Performers List
- Evidence of engagement with annual appraisal
- Experience working as a General Practitioner in community general practice
- Ability to work with patients with a history of substance misuse
- RCGP Certificate in Substance Misuse 1 and 2, or prepared to undertake these qualifications
