We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our national Health in Justice service. Within this role you will be a key part of the project team during implementation of Allocate Optima (eRoster) alongside the software provider, Systems Specialist and site teams, to enhance the use of the system.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team on a full time, remote basis, will occasional travel to our sites nationally. You can really become a key part of a fast paced, everchanging team, with lots of opportunities for development and learning and development!   You will be involved in the national rollout of our new eRostering system across our new and existing prisons and IRCs.

Salary

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months (with the potential to go permanent), the position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £26,000 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job

Your focus will be to provide support to the site roster administrators, assisting with queries, and supporting cases where complex solutions are required. As well as maintaining close contact with the local end users of the software, and ensure the rosters are up to date and relevant to the services needs.

As Project Administrator, your responsibilities will vary. You will:

  • Provide support to the site roster administrators, assisting with queries, and supporting cases where complex solutions following implementation are required.
  • Maintenance of supporting user documentation and communications.
  • Support the System Specialist during business as usual (BAU) and implementation.
  • Administer and maintain the Allocate Optima product suite going forward.
  • Deliver some aspects of training regarding use of eRoster internally for the organisation.

Experience required:

  • You will have excellent excel skills, including being comfortable with reporting and using and manipulating data
  • Any experience within rostering would be a bonus, but this isn't essential
  • Have excellent customer service skills - you will be regularly working with lots of different system users so this is essential!
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience of working with different teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Self-starter and ability to work autonomously.
