We have an new opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B Prison located in Oxfordshire.
Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £27,582 per annum depending on experience.
Hours This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.How will we support you?

Main duties of the job
As an Administrator and Stock Co-Ordinator your responsibilities will vary. You will:
- contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
- work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks
- maintain databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls
- be responsible for Stock Co-Ordination

Our new Administrator Will Ideally Have:
- Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills and IT literacy
- Ability to work within a busy environment
- Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures
Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
