Job summary

If you would like to join a busy, energetic department then the Clinical Supplies Assistant role could be for you. It is the responsibility of clinical supplies assistant to replenish consumed products to all department and this role will be rotational but with a specific responsibility to ensure the theatre department stock ordering and replenishment is achieved.  

The general duties will also include:- Raising POs, placing orders, good receipting and the unpacking of goods and organisation in designated areas and the participation in regular stock checking audits will be carried out to ensure accuracy and accountability for all stock items is adhered to.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an individual who is:- Computer literate, can work to tight deadlines, act on their own initiative, self-aware and confident, proactive problem solver and have the ability to work well within a team environment.

You who need to be able to build inter department relationships through effective communication and a positive proactive professional manner.
