We have an exciting opportunity for a Substance Misuse Clinical Lead to join our Mental Health team at HMP Winchester, a category B Prison located in Winchester, Hampshire.
In this role you will have the opportunity to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without having to compromise on efficiency and quality.
The working hours are: Monday Friday (with an expectation to cover occasional weekends).
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £57,603 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Substance Misuse Lead your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Coach, line manage and develop clinician staff
- Work closely with partners to maintain a high quality clinical service for patients
- Lead and support team with safeguarding
- Support the process of patent concerns

Qualifications & Experience required
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development
- Experience managing teams
- Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
