We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse Associate to join our Primary Care team at HMP Doncaster, a category B Prison located in Yorkshire
HMP Doncaster is a YOI and Adult remand prison with a capacity of1165 males aged from 18+Hours:
This is a permanent 37.5 hours per week Monday - Sunday covering shifts from 7am - 8.30am, 10am - 10pm and nights 7pm - 7.30am.Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £28,780.50 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse Associate, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Provide outstanding evidence based case to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them. You will contribute to and implement care packages
- Deliver non-judgemental care involving anything from health promotion clinics and observations to supporting the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care within healthcare centres and on wings and house blocks
- Inspire excellence by forging strong links within our teams, our partners and stakeholders and providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within and feel proud of.
- Promote best practice, evidence based care and continuous quality improvement embedding a culture of shared learning. You will promote patient wellbeing through our overarching Wellbeing Approach, demonstrating empathy and understanding to our patients.
- Share knowledge and skills to ensure safe care and support each other

Qualifications required:
- Qualified Nurse Associate
- Currently registered with the NMC
- Training to level 3 in the safeguarding of vulnerable people
- Working autonomously as a registered professionally on-going assessment, planning, management and evaluation of care following best practice guidance.
Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
