As Clinical Governance Manager you will ensure clinical and non-clinical governance, regulatory compliance, clinical effectiveness and quality improvement is achieved through collaborative work with the senior management team and clinical leads across Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre Portsmouth, St Mary's, and within Practice Plus Group as a whole, through supporting and enhancing the organisation wide quality improvement program in all aspects of clinical governance.
Main duties of the job
Be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and evaluating clinical governance systems and processes that support the monitoring of key quality indicators, such as clinical audits, and risk and incident management. Contributing to continuous improvement across PPG Portsmouth and will play a key role in embedding governance to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care. As Governance Manager you will work with the Senior Management team to implement, support, and collaborate with Heads of departments to continuously improve systems, structures, and processes, following national and Practice Plus Group priorities.

- An NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC registered Practitioner
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Recent experience with governance and infection prevention and control
