We have an opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Full Sutton. HMP Full Sutton is a Category A and B men's prison that houses around 600 patients. The prison is based in the village of Full Sutton, near Pocklington, Yorkshire, within this role you will be working closely with the multi disciplinary team to ensure we deliver a high-quality prison pharmaceutical service.Salary
This position is part time position working 16 hours per week, youll receive an annual salary up to £53,025 FTE per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Pharmacist, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- responsible for the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high-quality prison pharmaceutical service.
- working closely with the Head of Healthcare and the multidisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the provision of service meets the contractual obligations.
- providing daily expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensuring that a safe but modern medicines management service is provided to prisoners.

Requirements
- GPhC registered Pharmacist.
- Available to newly qualified pharmacists and beyond.
- Management and leadership experience (desirable).
- Procurement and audit experience (desirable).
- Vocational Masters Degree in Pharmacy including pre-registration training
- Excellent communication skills
Although not essential ideal applicants would have at least 2 years pharmacist experience
