We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join our team at HMP Stocken a category C Prison located near Oakham in Rutland.

Hours

This role is Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day. Either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm.

Salary

This position is full tim3, youll receive an annual salary up to £38115 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job

As a Business Manager, your responsibilities will vary. You will

• assist in the development of management information and reporting systems which will support managers in the delivery of operational services.

• provide support and guidance, in relation to Business, Quality and Performance

• be responsible for completing reporting for the prison, working with senior management and informing senior operational management of any ongoing performance against the key service targets. 

• provide oversight for the day-to-day management of the clinical system (SystmOne), acting as the teams super-user to support clinical and non-clinical colleagues in their use of this.

  You will carry out general administrative duties within the prison, as well as working within set routines, policies and procedures to provide a comprehensive high quality service to the unit, and able to deal efficiently and courteously with patients and staff enquiries.

• Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent grade C or above
• NVQ 2 Business Administration or equivalent
