We have an exciting opportunity for a Triage Clinician to join our Primary Care team at HMP Long Lartin, a category A Prison located in Evesham
Hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday - FridaySalary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to 38115 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Triage Clinician, your responsibilities will vary. You will be responsible with managing all patient healthcare applications including
- Triaging all urgent and routine patient requests.
- Comprehensive patient assessment and documentation to triage patients to a high standard.
- Working with the multidisciplinary team internally and externally to organise patient care.
- Develop a sound knowledge of the use of the patient record system to organise patient care.
- Manage and prioritise a caseload of patient applications.

Qualifications required
- Registered nurse Adult
- Current professional qualification (NMC)
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development
- Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of clinical governance, health and safety, QOF, EBP and national standards
