We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our Primary Care team at HMP Kirkham, a category D Prison located in Kirkham, Lancashire.
Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary of 23,625 - 26,145 ?per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
What youll be doing
You will contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site. The role will include working within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, etc.

Qualifications and skills required
- English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills and IT literacy
- Ability to work within a busy environment
- Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures
