Perhaps you want to broaden your clinical experience as part of a portfolio career. Perhaps you need the freedom of more flexible hours. Perhaps you just relish a new challenge. As the largest independent provider of NHS services, Practice Plus Group is delivering a new model of Integrated Urgent Care, across Surrey, that reduces pressures on services and staff. By bringing together NHS 111 call centres, clinical assessment and other urgent care services, we enable patients to access the right care, when they need it. This is the perfect chance to use and develop all your skills and expertise as a General Practitioner (GP), providing diagnosis, treatment, advice and referrals to other healthcare resources, via the phone. You will also use our electronic prescribing system to effectively manage the patient. Based in the dedicated Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) supporting our NHS 111 call centre, youll be working autonomously within your sphere of competency as a lead clinician in a multi-skilled team. We are proud of our strong, stable infrastructure that ensures clinical safety and provides senior-level clinical support, 24 hours a day. Youll be able to keep your skills up to date with a CPD programme and can expect education and training tailored to your needs and future plans. We can offer this role as either permanent, bank or self-employed.
