As a Bank Radiology HCA in our Devizes team you will provide support to the clinical staff, ensuring a safe and effective clinical service is provided to all users across the Radiology department, this will involve liaising with other multi-disciplinary teams, PACU, Theatres and Outpatients as required.

Having already achieved your BLS certificate you will be willing to compete your NVQ level 3 if you havent already and it would be an advantage if you have worked in acute healthcare environment. More important though is your flexibility, your knowledge of infection control, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload.

The role involves direct contact with patients and their families on a physical and psychological level and therefore you need to be empathetic, friendly and have with good interpersonal skills as well as;

• Experience in a Healthcare environment
• The ability to promote safe patient care
• Are willing to develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance the delivery of our clinical service
• The ability to recognise and give priority to the needs of patients while maintaining respect, dignity and having an individualised approach to patient services
