Job summary

New ways to improve our patient experience   We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our Ward team to cover the night shift.  If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant with a passion for making the patient journey as comfortable as possible, we have just the role for you.   As a Health Care Assistant in our Barlborough Ward team youll be responsible for coordinating the patient lists and activities including teaching, administration, stock control and equipment maintenance. Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.    This vacancy is to work the Night Duty 19.30hrs - 08.00hrs part time of 25 hours per week   You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.

Main duties of the job

The ideal applicant will have:

• You will have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and be willing to undertake training to gain further clinical skills.
• Having already achieved your BLS certificate
• The ability to receive and communicate information accurately and take instruction from professional colleagues.
• The flexibility to fit into internal rotating shift pattern
