Job summary

Reporting to Patient Services Manager Louise, you will be situated within the Day Surgery/Community s team. You will liaise with the wider Practice Plus Group team to ensure the patients pathway is a smooth one and your sound administration skills paired with excellent customer service will see you thriving in this role. Providing a comprehensive, patient-centred service that ensures patients are treated within a timely manner within contractual and clinical time limits. The Service Administrator will be cross-trained in receiving and registering of all referrals, booking of all appointments for Outpatient and Theatres, manning a busy telephone, liaising with GPS and adhering to set KPIs.
