Job summary

Where your work helps shape the healthcare of tomorrow  We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join our team at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Barlborough on a part time basis, working 25 hours per week. Mainly cleaning offices, stairs and corridors. Occasionally, you would be required to work in other areas, including our operating theatres and the main inpatients wards. Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings. Cleaning though out our hospital, following infection control guidelines and working to good high standards at all times. 

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a friendly individual, with a passion for providing a clean and comfortable environment, desiring set shifts of Monday to Friday 4pm to 9pm.

• Previous experience in a similar role is key as is knowledge of health and safety
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and your commitment to customer care
•  Enjoy working at a fast pace and within a team environment
