We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and experienced Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) to join our clinical team at Sutton Inspire.
This role requires a qualified nurse or advanced clinical practitioner with valid registration with either the NMC or GPHC and relevant experience. You should have experience working with people with complex needs, including substance misuse, and be committed to enhancing the health and safety of our service users by providing high-quality care. A strong harm reduction approach and a commitment to a caring, compassionate, and safe environment are essential.

Comfort with recovery principles in addictions, ITEP, and NICE guidance on detoxification and stabilization protocols is required. You should demonstrate skills in delivering specific, evidence-based care tailored to service users' needs.
The role involves flexible working, incorporating both outreach and on-site elements. You must thrive in a dynamic and responsive environment, effectively communicating with colleagues, service users, and external teams across the borough. We value equality of opportunity and treatment, so a non-judgmental and inclusive attitude towards colleagues and service users is crucial.
