Job summary
We are seeking a Deputy Phlebotomy Manager on a 6-month fixed-term basis to support a safe, efficient, and patient-focused phlebotomy service. You will work closely with the Department Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and service improvements. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills, help the service meet demand, support diagnostic pathways, and deliver an excellent patient experience.
For internal applicants, we can consider this as an acting-up or secondment opportunity. We are not currently appointing permanently pending the outcome of consultation with Broomfield Hospital employees for the new MSE Trust Pathology contract.
