Main duties of the job

As a Scrub Practitioner or Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will: Work in a multi disaplinary team covering a varied patient caseload Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training.

This year, we embarked on phase three of our multi-million pound refurbishment, adding state of the art equipment like our Mako robotic arm for orthopedic surgery and a new ambulatory theatre. We have a special focus in the areas of orthopaedics, spinal surgery, ophthalmology, weight loss surgery and cosmetic treatment.
