Main duties of the job

As a Scrub Practitioner or Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will: Work in a multi disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload. Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities. Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team. Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting. Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based. Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training.
