Main duties of the job

As an Oncology Manager, you will: Run our Oncology Day Unit and oversee other cancer work at our hospital Lead, motivate, educate and supervise our nursing and multidisciplinary teams Support colleagues to deliver clinically effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation Influence service development, policies and strategies to create the best patient focused, holistic treatment and care Contribute to audits and clinical governance, infection prevention, health and safety, and risk analysis Build strong relationships with consultants, senior leaders, healthcare professionals and patients Helping you feel good.
