Main duties of the job

As a Scrub Nurse or Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will: Work with some of the best in the field Enjoy a varied caseload Put your communication skills to work Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team Shape patient experiences that are always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate As a Bank Worker, you'll be called on to provide cover during periods of sickness, holidays or increased workload. We'll give you a uniform and personal protective equipment. You won't be classified as an employee, so there'll be no fixed working pattern, or entitlement to guaranteed or continuous employment. Helping you feel good. We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued. That's why we've developed a benefits package with you in mind. From Holiday in line with the Working Time Directive, Access to our Pension Scheme and discounted gym membership at £25.00 a month.
