Main duties of the job

As our Hospital Director, you'll be accountable for: * Operational performance of the hospital including full financial and budget responsibility. * Delivering profitable growth and operational efficiency as well as ensuring all commercial opportunities are identified and mobilised where appropriate. * Driving the Quality agenda, putting patient safety first and you will inspire your people. * You will have proven experience of driving revenue growth and experience of accountability for budgets, PNL and operating costs.
