Main duties of the job
As a Theatre Manager, you will:
- Be operationally responsible for our Theatre including Endoscopy
- Ensure the delivery of high quality, clinically effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation Build strong relationships with consultants, senior leaders, healthcare professionals and patients
- Be fully accountable for leading, motivating and supervising multidisciplinary teams
- Work collaboratively to ensure patients benefit from the best possible treatment and care Be trusted with everything from budget management to business planning and clinical governance
About us
Located in Jesmond; you will be working at one of the north easts leading private hospitals, with a Good CQC rating, we have 27 en-suite private bedrooms and 3 state-of-the-art operating theatres. We offer on-site pathology services and diagnostic imaging including CT and MRI, and to help patients after surgery we have on-site physiotherapy specialists. We have a special focus in the areas of orthopaedics, spinal surgery, ophthalmology, and cosmetic treatment.
