Main duties of the job
As a Radiographer, you will:
Help deliver our high-quality diagnostic imaging service and QA Programme
Experience a varied caseload in the department, on the ward and in theatre
Work with leading practitioners and new practices, equipment and facilities
Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures
Supervise and develop junior colleagues
Ensure that what you do is delivered with sensitivity and compassion

As a Radiographer at our Tunbridge Wells Hospital, you'll bring high levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately. You have a great eye for detail and you're caring by nature. You hold a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), a minimum of 1 year post graduate experience and excellent teamwork skills.
We are looking for a special person to join our team. You'll need to be motivated and flexible with a 'can do' attitude. Our new starter will be a cohesive team player with a proactive approach to developing staff and the service.
