Main duties of the job

See a varied caseload of post-op Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal conditions from sports to work related injuries, playing a key role in helping our patients achieve, maintain and recover to the level of health and wellbeing that they aspire to. Deliver excellent clinical care that is evidence based, Safe, Effective, Caring, Well-led and responsive to our patient's needs. Ensure on-going monitoring of the standard of treatment provided. Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes.

Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital. Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital is a stunning 46 bedded private hospital in West Hampshire with specialisms in Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Women's Health and Spinal surgery. The hospital also benefits from having onsite Radiology, Pathology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy so we can give our patients a complete package of care. There are 16 consulting rooms with speciality outpatient rooms, 46 private patient bedrooms with en-suite facilities, 24 hr resident doctor on site (RMO), four operating theatres and one endoscopy suite. The Physiotherapy department consists of 6 treatment rooms, a state of the art rehabilitation gym and hydrotherapy pool. You will work with a team of Senior MSK Physiotherapists, Hand Therapists, Inpatient Orthopaedic Physiotherapists and Physiotherapy Assistants.
