Main duties of the job
The Role
At Nuffield Health, you will discover nursing as it should be. You will have more time to care and get to know the people who are your patients, as you help them through difficult times. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are provided and;
Support the Ward Senior Sister in the efficient running of the ward
Co-ordinate activity and be instrumental to making sure patients receive seamless, personalised care
Have the privilege of working directly with consultants, who are experts in their field
Use your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery to make a valuable contribution to the patient's experience
Provide commitment to creating a supportive and enabling working culture on the ward, which promotes patient staff and safety
