Main duties of the job

As our Clinical Leader, you will: Lead and organize the Clinical/ Surgical and Endoscopy team within theatre Lead smooth running of the theatre list and organizing booking forms. Extensive knowledge required for dealing with audits and equipment. You will be required to do the Rota You will be required to work collaboratively and flexibly across the theatre suites to accommodate the service demands of each department which include Endoscopy, General, Orthopedics, Gynae The role will include assisting sessions in theatres

  • Must be NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered Operating Department Practitioner.
  • Must be clinically excellent, be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, which includes leading a team to a shared vision and being able to promote innovation and sustainability.
