Main duties of the job

As a Theatre Team Leader you will; Work on a varied caseload using technology, equipment and facilities which are all state-of-the-art. Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team. Deliver high quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate. Be trained as a Surgical First Assistant or be prepared to undertake the training with us at Nuffield Health. Experienced in completing clinical audits where appropriate - full training will be provided.
