Clinical Leader Glasgow Hospital | Nursing | Permanent | Full time Up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience 37.5 hours per week

Main duties of the job

Lead and organize the Clinical team within pre-op & outpatients clinical team. Lead smooth running of these clinical areas. Extensive knowledge required for dealing with audits and equipment. You will be required to do the Rota. You will be required to work collaboratively and flexibly across different clinical areas to accommodate the service demands of each department. The role will include assisting in several clinical departments.

Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital Located in the heart of the West End of Glasgow; you will be working at one of Scotland's leading private hospitals. This year, we embarked on phase three of our multi-million-pound refurbishment, adding state of the art equipment like our Mako robotic arm for orthopaedic surgery and a new ambulatory theatre. We have a special focus in the areas of orthopaedics, spinal surgery, ophthalmology, weight loss surgery and cosmetic treatment.

  • Must be clinically excellent, be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, which includes leading a team to a shared vision and being able to promote innovation and sustainability.
