Main duties of the job

As a ODP, Theatre Scrub Practitioner, you will: Have experience and knowledge in all 3 areas, Scrub, anesthetics and recovery. Preferably have opthalmic scrub knowledge and hands on experience. Put the patient at the heart of everything you do. Be part of our close-knit multidisciplinary team. Work with leading consultants and like-minded professionals who respect and value what you bring. Enjoy a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities. Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff. Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based. Interact well with colleagues on the ward, understanding that continuity in patient care is key.
