Job Description Radiology Administrator Taunton Hospital | Radiology | Permanent | Part Time £23,400 per annum (pro rata) 30 hours per week

Main duties of the job

As a Radiology Administrator you will: Deliver high-quality administration support to the radiology department. Enjoy the satisfaction of providing truly exceptional customer service. Prioritise a busy workload, whilst also keeping calm under pressure and remaining professional at all times. Book patients for diagnostic imaging procedures. Complete initial patient safety questionnaires. Work closely with the Radiology team to ensure maximum utilisation. Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the standards and timescales required. Coordinate, plan and organise a range of activities. Complete electronic and/or manual data entry / record keeping in an accurate and timely manner, to agreed format and standards. File, store, retrieve and collate information / items accurately and efficiently. Handle queries within the remit of own role and escalate more complex / serious issues to senior staff where required
