Main duties of the job

As our Health System Director, you'll be accountable for: Operational performance of the hospital including full financial and budget responsibility. Delivering profitable growth and operational efficiency as well as ensuring all commercial opportunities are identified and mobilised where appropriate. Driving the Quality agenda, putting patient safety first and you will inspire your people. You will have proven experience of driving revenue growth and experience of accountability for budgets, PNL and operating costs.
