Radiology Assistant Bournemouth Hospital | Radiology | Permanent | Part time Up to £23,419.50 pro rata, dependent on experience 20 hours per week Our Radiology Department currently has an opportunity for a Radiology Assistant.   • Support the MRI clinical team
  • Manage the patient scanning journey from start to finish, in preparation, questionnaire, positioning following comprehensive MRI specific training
  • Support the administration team ensuring referrals are protocolled and completed correctly before booking
  • Advise IEP administrator for requesting and transfer of imaging where appropriate
  • The person To succeed as a Radiology Assistant you will need:
  • HCA level 2/3 in Healthcare (does not need to be MRI specific)
  • Confident and outgoing, with empathy and patience
  • Key information about the role This role will cover Saturday MRI operational hours @ 8.5 hrs with the remaining 11.5 hours utilised to meet the business, this will be flexible and may include evenings, early mornings Helping you feel good.
