Senior Theatre Practitioner - Team Leader - Ortho and Neuro/Spinal posts Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital | Nursing | Permanent Contract | Full Time Up to £44,000 per annum, depending on experience 37.5 hours per week
Main duties of the job
Lead a team. Be responsible for providing skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the Operating Theatre Team. Assist with managing labour and costs associated (KPI). Improve communication between Consultants and the Theatre team. Clinical Governance. Manage and controlling costs. Staff performance and reviews. Promote best practice and contributing towards quality improvements.
