Main duties of the job
As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, you will:
Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led service
Work with leading talent and make the right assessments
Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family
Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care
Build your experience across new practices, equipment and facilities
Work with practitioners in other areas, understanding that continuity in patient care is key
