Orthopaedic Scrub Team Lead (RN/RODP) Woking Hospital | Nursing | Permanent | Full Time Up to £45,000.00 depending on experience 37.5 hours per week Our Theatre team in our Woking Hospital currently have an opportunity for an Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse / ODP Lead. Continue your journey with us whilst we'll support you to be your best. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and committed individual with an aptitude for leadership and developing staff. You would be operationally responsible for the orthopaedic services in the theatre department liaising with consultants and reps and organising equipment as necessary. You would be expected to be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills and a wide knowledge of elective orthopaedic services. You will work in collaboration with clinical leaders and a dynamic team. Registered with a relevant governing body, your specialist training includes a nursing/practitioner qualification and/or postgraduate courses. You should have senior level experience in a theatre setting. A professional management qualification would also be an advantage, as you'll need to be equipped for business planning and development, audits and clinical governance, infection prevention, health and safety, and risk analysis.
