Main duties of the job

Operationally responsible for the General/Gynae services in the theatre department, you will enjoy the chance to make a real difference with Nuffield Health. Clinical Leader Brentwood Hospital | Nursing | Permanent contract | Full time Competitive, dependent on experience 37.5 hours per week The Theatre team in our Brentwood Hospital currently have an opportunity for a General/Gynae Lead. Our Theatre department has 4 theatres which facilitate Major Ortho Hip/Knee spinal fusions, Major Gynae both laparoscopic and open, Urology including laser HOLEPs, ENT including surgical procedures with two Professors, Plastic surgery including a world renown DIEP surgeon, General Surgery, Ophthalmic and Maxillofacial. Our hospital consists of:

  • 42 inpatient and day case bedrooms
  • 25 consultation rooms
  • Four operating theatres
  • Endoscopy
  • Full diagnostic imaging suite including MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography and general X-ray
  • Operationally responsible for the General/Gynae services in the theatre department, you will enjoy the chance to make a real difference with Nuffield Health.
