Main duties of the job

As a Head of Department, you will: Manage the day to day running of our Outpatient Department and consultant clinics which includes Pre-Operative Assessment and Healthstyle Suite. Lead a team of highly qualified nurses and health care support staff Training and Development of team, together with ability to implement new systems and processes Ensure we deliver excellent patient care Use your existing knowledge to help shape a superior patient experience
