Modality
Partnership Mid Sussex Division Park View Surgery, are seeking a full time dedicated
and compassionate General Practitioner, to join our healthcare team who will

to patients of all ages, focusing on preventative care, diagnosis, and
treatment of various health conditions. The General Practitioner will work
collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest

Main duties of the job
The role is a
patient centred role delivered from your nominated practice site. The
postholder will need to confidently evidence key skills such as excellent
verbal and written communication skills, clinical skills and empowering
patients to manage their individual health conditions. The usual duties of a
salaried GP will be expected patient care through regular appointments, home
visits and the general administration for patient care. The postholder will
work in collaboration with their local practice team, engaging the use of the
associated roles that are be attached to the practice.
The General
Practitioner will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to
ensure the highest standard of patient care in a supportive environment.

Modality Mid
Sussex Division is one practice operating over 4 sites, Crawley Down, Park View
in Burgess Hill, 2 sites in East Grinstead Judges Close/ Ship Street. Modality are
the largest GP super-partnerships in the UK, with a list size of 450,000
patients and with a multi-disciplinary workforce of 1500 staff. We are unique, always looking at ways to
improve our delivery of services through the implementation of new and
innovative solutions that we can scale across the organisation. Recent
innovations have included the use of robots to facilitate the remote filing of
blood results and embracing new technology such as Heidi for auto transcription
and Anima for document processing. These new initiatives are underpinned by our

Strong training practice not only
for GP registrars and medical students but we have supported many allied health
professionals through career development programs. Paramedics to assist
with visits, a strong pharmacy team to help manage prescription workload and a
streamlined document management system in place to reduce the admin burden. Supportive
learning environment with weekly clinical meetings and monthly national
Modality grand rounds delivered by video conference. We can help you develop special interests be that a clinical area of interest or skills.
