Partnership Walsall Division has a full-time vacancy for a Practice
Manager based at Pleck Health Centre. The postholder will be a high performing Practice Manager working
across the Modality Walsall Division providing strategic and operational
management as part of the Senior Leadership Team. We are seeking dedicated

Main duties of the job
The role is an
all-rounded, hands-on management and operational role; the postholder will need
to confidently be responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice,
all staff and team leaders, provide first point of contact for all premises
issues and escalate as per procedure to utilise key skills such as effective
communication, stakeholder management, operations management, and the ability
to manage and prioritise the implementation of projects across the Division and
the wider organisation. Working with partners on the delivery of national and
local performance and quality standards within the practice, in particular
those required by CQC, ICB and NHSE and support the partners and practice team
at all times. To be responsible for Health and Safety within the practice and
collaboratively with other Managers and practice teams
