Modality Partnership
Mid Sussex are seeking a skilled and compassionate, experienced General Practice
Nurse to join our healthcare team on a full time / part time basis (minimum 25
hours per week). As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality
patient care and assisting in various medical procedures. If you are passionate

Main duties of the job
The role is both
the delivery of evidence-based practice for patients presenting with a chronic
condition, and the provision of preventative health care to the practice
population. for the care delivered to their patients, demonstrating critical
thinking and skills in clinical decision-making in the management of patients.
