Job summary
Modality Partnership has a full-time
vacancy for a Pharmacy Technician. The
postholder will be a high performing Pharmacy Technician, working across
Modality Lewisham and across the Partnership providing Pharmacy Technician
support along with Pharmacists, who together with digital enablers such as
online consultations & AI, we will create an innovative pharmacy hub for
patients. We are seeking dedicated postholders to

Main duties of the job
The postholder
will work as part of Modality Partnership Lewisham working as part of a pan-divisional pharmacy hub which will include
pharmacy administrators, pharmacy technicians & prescribing pharmacists,
and who will deal with all pharmacy related patient inquiries, as well as the
delivery of structured medication reviews, high-risk drug monitoring, medicines
reconciliation, repeat medication facilitation, drug audits and other clinical
work depending on your competencies.
The role is not a regular 9am-5pm job;
the job requires innovation, flexibility, and commitment and the postholder
will be required to work resourcefully as part of the team to ensure tasks are
completed.

Working under the supervision of the Lead Clinical Pharmacist
you will ensure the safe, accurate and timely supply of prescribed medication
to patients, and will provide technical and administrative support to the
Clinical Pharmacists and Clinicians.
