Job summary

Modality Partnership East Surrey Division has a part-time/full-time vacancy for Divisional Management Co-Ordinator. The postholder will be a high performing management co-ordinator working at one of the following sites Birchwood Medical Practice, Smallfield Surgery or Townhill Medical Practice. Main duties of the job

he divisional role will, in part, provide leadership and support for rota co-ordination and divisional appointment systems and processes.

Be responsible for sourcing and implementing new Nurse/HCA Training including external training courses, ensuring any long-term training courses are managed and monitored. Ensure, alongside PSMs, all GP trainee/nurse/HCA inductions are done and sent out with appropriate induction packs. To check and approve clinician holiday (inc trainees & ARRS staff) following holiday policy. Responsible for divisional clinical rota.

Ensure room rotas at all 3 practices are up to date, working alongside PSMs/Operational Supervisors to ensure these are correctly communicated. To manage the effective running of clinical and other divisional meetings including assisting with attendee coordination, agenda and minutes, information gathering, room preparation etc. To provide a level of financial support to the Finance Lead, utilising Excel. To assist senior management with project support, national initiatives etc. To attend meetings as required by the Division
