Modality
Partnership Lewisham Division, South Lewisham Group Practice has a vacancy for
a Salaried GP. The postholder will be an exceptional doctor with a proven track
record of delivery and who is passionate about patient care. We are seeking
dedicated postholders to join our team who can display our CARE values, Commitment,

This job is
suitable for individuals who are compassionate, patient focused and have a real
passion for working in a GP super partnership, and who are committed to make
real changes to the health care services provided within Primary Care to
improve patient care. The job is not suitable to people who are not

Main duties of the job
The role is a
patient centred role that requires leadership and hands-on inspirational support
to the practice and Division to help drive forward the strategy and help
develop others as leaders. The
postholder will need to confidently evidence key skills such as excellent
verbal and written communication skills, substantial experience in staff
management, clinical skills, empowering patients to manage their individual
health needs, support the strategic direction of the practice, the Division,
and the wider organisation. The postholder will work in collaboration with
local divisions (including Divisional Boards) and the National Modality Business
Support Team to promote and deliver innovative ways of working to meet the
strategic aims of the organisation.
The role is not
a regular SGP position where decisions made are purely for the practice; the SGP
role for Modality Lewisham Division
requires innovation, flexibility, and commitment and the postholder will
be required to work resourcefully as part of the wider team and help to deliver
innovative ways of working to meet the strategic aims of the organisation.
