Job description

Job responsibilities

Please refer to the supporting documents section to retrieve the JD detailing the core responsibilities of this role.

You will love this job if you have a passion for providing excellent patient care, thinking outside the box, are innovative and are driven to find and implement business-focussed solutions to improve the way we deliver care in General Practice. You will work as a remote working GP which offers flexibility to consult with patients without attending the site. You will be part of a national partnership where there is resilience from a large team of GP Partners to support where it is needed but also who are there to work closely with on key decisions that shape the way in which we deliver patient care and influence service improvement. We strongly encourage GP specialities and have opportunities for teaching and training.

You may not enjoy this job if you do not want to work as part of a national GP super partnership where we regularly adapt the way in which we deliver care for our patients in line with the fast-paced change that come with the NHS.

If you feel this is the ideal career advancing opportunity for you and you want to rise to the challenge of this opportunity, we welcome an application for you to join our growing team of likeminded people.

As part of recruitment to the Modality Partnership, we will be checking the vaccination status of all new starters so that we can manage individual and environmental risks. We will offer support to those who may be undecided about vaccinations. Some vaccinations for certain roles are mandatory, and you will be asked to provide evidence of this where there is a mandatory requirement.
