Job summary
Modality Partnership has vacancies for Remote working SGP. The postholder will carry out the duties associated with a GP working in Primary Care, providing remote GP support to all sites across the Partnership. You will be passionate about patient care, working across Modality Partnership providing innovation in the way care is delivered.
This job is suitable for individuals who are compassionate, patient focused and have a real passion for working in a GP super partnership and are committed to make real changes to the health care services provided within Primary Care to improve patient care.
The job is not suitable to people who are not resilient to working in a fast-paced environment, working flexibly in line with ever changing demands in Primary Care and the wider NHS.

Main duties of the job
The role is a
patient centred role that requires leadership and hands-on inspirational support
to the partnership to help drive forward the strategy and help develop others
as leaders. Working
remotely, but as a full member of the practice the post-holder will carry out
all of the duties associated with a GP working in Primary Care. The post-holder
will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs, ensuring the
highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients. Consultations
with patients will be held by telephone or video (dependent on the preference
of the patients), remote consultation will also be undertaken using eConsult
and other remote consultation tools. The Remote SGP role for Modality Partnership requires
innovation, flexibility, and commitment and the postholder will be required to
work resourcefully as part of the wider team and help to deliver innovative
ways of working to meet the strategic aims of the organisation.

- Eligibility to practice independently as a GP in the UK
- Full GMC Registration to practice as a GP
- Entry on the Medical Performers List
- MRCGP (Desirable)
- Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery
- Diploma and / or FRCGP, PGMedEd.
- Consideration of leadership qualification / MBA
