Job summary
Modality Partnership Mid Sussex Division have a vacancy for a salaried GP with an interest in lifestyle medicine
to assist us in the delivery and expansion of our already established and
successful dietary Diabetes Reversal Programme. Practical experience in
lifestyle medicine is not an absolute requirement as you will be mentored, who would be also supported by Modality Partners who are subject matter experts in therapeutic
carbohydrate restriction with an international profile having spoken at various

We are seeking dedicated postholders

This job is suitable for individuals who are compassionate, patient
focused and have a real passion for working in a GP super-partnership,
implementing solutions, delivering key organisational priorities and who are
committed to make real changes to the health care services provided within
Primary Care to improve patient care.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work
4-6 sessions of core primary care clinical work and 1-2 sessions of lifestyle
medicine/organisation development work. The role is a patient centred one
although there is an opportunity to work remotely for some sessions. We are planning Diabetes Reviews being
delivered via virtual and face to face group consultations. We will provide you
with the supervision necessary to safely lead group consultations. You will be
trained in facilitating a holistic approach to patient health and well-being,
emphasising the importance of movement, sleep, stress management, diet and
exercise. For those of you who are eligible we will support your application
for a post-CCT Fellowship programme.
